Your enquiry

I use your name, reply email, service category and message to understand and respond to your request. When you ask about working together, this supports steps you request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other correspondence and protection against spam, I rely on legitimate interests in responding to visitors and keeping this service secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

Providing these details is voluntary, but I need a name, a valid reply address and a message to handle a form enquiry. Please leave out passwords, sensitive personal data and confidential documents. There is no newsletter enrolment or automated decision-making about you.

Drafts and technical information

An unsent draft stays in this tab’s memory, including when you close the form. Reloading or leaving the page discards it. I do not save drafts in browser storage. The site has no advertising or visitor-analytics scripts.

Cloudflare hosts the site and supplies Turnstile spam protection, which loads when you open the configured contact form. Network, browser and request information, including IP addresses, is processed for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Resend sends your enquiry to my Google Workspace inbox; email open and click tracking are disabled.

How long information is kept

For enquiries that do not become projects, I delete the correspondence within 12 months of our last exchange. If we work together, records needed for the engagement, legal obligations or legal claims may be retained separately for those purposes. Providers also handle technical logs and backups under their service terms.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their data-processing terms describe safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy frameworks. You can contact me for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and, where applicable, portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email me using the address above; I may need to verify your identity. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

You may also complain to Romania’s data-protection authority, ANSPDCP, or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.
