Less repetitive work. More useful automation.

I help businesses assess and automate recurring workflows. We start with the task, the tools your team already uses, and the checks that make the result dependable.

Where automation can help

Good starting points include moving information between systems, preparing recurring reports, importing spreadsheets, and routing incoming requests. The best candidate has a clear input, a repeatable process, and a result your team can check.

Where AI fits

AI can help interpret unstructured text, suggest categories, or prepare a draft. Predictable calculations and data transfers may only need conventional automation. We choose the approach after reviewing your workflow, rather than adding AI to every step.

What a scoped project includes

We agree the workflow, required integrations, success criteria, and exceptions before implementation. The scope can include a working automation, tests with representative inputs, operating instructions, and a handover. Access to your tools and their available APIs affects what is possible.

Errors, approvals, and sensitive data

We identify the steps that need human review, what happens when an input is missing, and how a failed run is noticed. Before using an external AI service, we discuss which data it would receive and whether that fits your requirements.

Costs and ongoing ownership

The quote depends on the number of systems, access constraints, data quality, and testing needed. Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are discussed separately. We agree who will operate the automation and whether you need ongoing support.

Before we start

Can you work with our existing tools?

We first check whether your tools support APIs, exports, or another practical integration method. Share the tools and the workflow in your enquiry so we can assess feasibility.

How do we judge whether it worked?

Before building, we define a useful outcome and how to test it. That might be a correct import, fewer manual handoffs, or a report produced from an agreed data set. Any time-saving claim needs measurement.

Can we start small?

Yes. A single workflow or a limited pilot can help establish whether an approach is useful before committing to a wider rollout.
